Nursery Tours and Workshops

Motherplants is dedicated to educating people on green roofs, nurseries and plants. Some of the tours that Motherplants participates in are Green Buildings Open House, Onondogo Greencorps, and TC3 Green Collar.

If you are interested in taking a free one hour tour at Motherplants for a non- profit adult or youth education, please call or email for dates available. We ask to give Motherplants a three week notification before touring, and if your interested in touring longer than an hour, we require a touring fee per extra hour.

Motherplants also holds planting workshops. We offer hands on tutorials on how to build a green roof or transplant/propagate plants. If you have a group interested in learning please email or call us and let us know! We charge by group size, time and supplies.
